Football tournaments for participants aged 6 and over

Each football tournament is open to both male and female players. Teams are made up of six players, a goal-keeper and two subs. Matches last between 15 and 30 minutes; the exact duration will be determined once registrations have closed. To promote the mixing of different cultures, each team will be allowed to field no more than four players of the same nationality. Teams with fewer than nine players will be assigned additional players from among those who signed up individually.

Tournaments will be organised for the following age groups: 6–8 years old, 9–11 years old, 12–14 years old, 15–17 years old and over 18 years old.

Beach volleyball tournament for participants aged 13 and over

The beach volleyball tournament is open to both male and female players aged 13 and over. Teams will be made up of five players, with four on the field and one on reserve (substitute player). To promote the mixing of different cultures, each team will be allowed to field no more than three players of the same nationality. Teams with fewer than five players will be assigned additional players from among those who signed up individually.

Activities for all ages at the Boy Konen Bike Park

From midday, a range of activities are planned at the Boy Konen Bike Park, including a tabletop, enduro track, north shore ramp, pump track and BMX track. Registration opens at 11:00 on the day. Bikes will be provided, subject to availability. Participants must be at least 10 years old.

Graffiti workshop

This fun new workshop at "Rencontres sans frontières" lets young people try their hand at graffiti. Under the supervision of a professional street artist, young people can take part in an introductory workshop to get to know the techniques used in this urban art form, which is without a doubt one of the leading contemporary art movements.

A fun day for the entire family

Throughout the day, children and adults alike will be able to choose from a full programme of activities, including: sports workshops and demonstrations, traditional music and dance from various cultures, children's entertainment, etc. Through the many food stands, spectators and participants will be able to embark upon an amazing culinary journey as they sample specialities from all over the world.
