Anyone who resides in Luxembourg City and receives cost-of-living benefits from the National Solidarity Fund (Fonds National de Solidarité) may apply for solidarity benefits.
Applications must be sent to the College of Aldermen using the form provided, by no later than the end of April of the following year.
The municipal office may require the benefits to be repaid if the above conditions are not or are no longer satisfied, or if the benefits were granted based on a false statement by the applicant.

The application form for solidarity benefits is available from the Bureau Accueil Social (Social Services Office). Its opening hours are as follows:
